Optimising brand performance across multiple channels

A growing discipline in Consumer Goods, Commercial Strategy plays a fundamental role in helping businesses to optimise the performance of their brands across the mutliple channels which they are sold through.

The remit can be broad, from developing channel strategies, customer strategies, net revenue management plans and the price and promotional plan, to leading on the development of new products to be launched into the market.

Managing cross-functional projects offers valuable exposure to how a Consumer Goods business operates, from sales and marketing through to finance and supply chain.
