I’m one of the Directors and joint founding members of Allexo Search. After graduating from University, and spending just over a year travelling the world, I, like so many people, fell into the world of recruitment. Starting my career in 2006, I was naturally drawn towards and developed a strong interest in FMCG/Consumer Goods and I continue to enjoy meeting new people and developing new relationships everyday within the industry.
What is your area of specialism?
I’ve worked in several areas of FMCG/Consumer Goods throughout my career, but my true passion and enthusiasm is for Research and Insights. All of our clients have seen a rise in demand within this function and now forms a core part of Allexo’s business.
How is life at Allexo Search?
Company culture and employee well-being is hugely important to me. I strongly believe everyone should be themselves and feel 100% comfortable in the work environment they’re in. I’d like to think this is especially true of Allexo! Everyone definitely works hard here and strives to achieve our common goals and targets as a business.
Any advice for a new starter?
It sounds cliché, but set yourself a target of what you really want to achieve in the first 12-18 months starting at Allexo. Importantly, this should be realistic and both work and personal related. In recruitment, things go right and wrong all the time, so you’ll need to be comfortable riding the rough with the smooth to achieve your goals!
