IRI – Senior Insights Director, EMEA
Allexo were introduced to IRI’s global leadership team to support with a key senior hire within their EMEA insights team.
The role was created to drive the growth and development of key accounts based across various European markets, working with regional marketing & insights teams to deliver strategic actionable insights.
A multi-faceted role, there was a requirement for this individual to be highly commercial in their approach, with extensive insights experience operating in the respective non-food categories in which their clients operated.
Due to the breadth of the remit of the role, it was critical that this individual could demonstrate an ability to adapt to a variety of different business environments, develop strong working relationships at a senior level, and identify and present data & insight-led solutions to answer a range of complex business challenges.
Following a detailed briefing with the relevant stakeholders, Allexo identified two key talent pools to target for the search – Director level profiles from direct competitors, and senior data & insights profiles from industry with experience operating at a regional or global level.
A shortlist of 4 profiles were introduced to the business, with the successful candidate joining from a leading global personal care business.
