We are seeking a talented Commercial Director to join our client, an international food business based in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.

  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets and objectives.

  • Identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, driving business expansion.

  • Analyse market and consumer data to identify insights and develop actionable plans to improve brand performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and finance, to optimise business processes and maximise efficiency.
