Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities, ensuring the company stays ahead of the competition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, driving business expansion.
Analyse market and consumer data to identify insights and develop actionable plans to improve brand performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and finance, to optimise business processes and maximise efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
