A well-established international FMCG business is looking to hire a marketing leader for a portfolio of key brands across the DACH region.
The business has a strong presence its core category with a track record of consistently growing and developing high performing brands across the globe.
This is a leadership role within the organization, with responsibility for a team of brand marketers (direct reports).
Key responsibilities will include
- Own and drive the strategic direction for the portfolio with P&L ownership for the portfolio across the region
- Working closely with global innovation teams and lead on the launch and execution of new products
- Work closely with consumer & market insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
- Coaching and developing a team of direct reports
The ideal candidate will have 10 years+ brand management experience within an international branded FMCG environment, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple markets.
Experience previously managing teams is preferred, and excellent communication in both German and English will be essential.
Location: Baden-Württemberg (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 + bonus + benefits
