Are you a strategic and innovative marketing professional with a passion for shopper engagement?
A leading FMCG food business, with some of the UK's favourite brands are on the look out for a Shopper Marketing Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive brand visibility, enhance consumer experiences both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Shopper Marketing Strategies:
Craft and implement shopper marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
Utilise market insights to identify key shopper trends and behaviours.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with brand marketing, sales, and category management teams to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with key retail partners to maximise collaborative opportunities.
Innovative Campaign Management:
Create concepts and execute innovative shopper campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Leverage digital and traditional channels to create engaging and impactful shopper experiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyse shopper data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Implement measurement tools to assess the effectiveness of shopper marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven Shopper Marketing experience in an FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to drive and deliver successful shopper marketing campaigns and projects
Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Based in Berkshire, very close to West London. The UK head office has excellent transport links on National Rail Overground and is approximately 15 mins from Central London.
