Senior Insight Manager / CMI - FMCG Healthy Food & Wellbeing

This is an opportunity to join one of the most successful and innovative Insight teams in the UK FMCG industry.
 
The CMI function play an essential role in delivering consumer centric insights, knowledge and Market insight expertise across the business. Shaping and challenging the way teams think and behave to stay ahead of the competition and drive successful innovation & NPD.
 
Key responsibilities will include
 
  • Driving & developing a deep understanding of the consumer & market. Anticipating future demand to support and align category/portfolio and brand strategies
  • Being the voice of the consumer and encourage a consumer centric culture across the team and business
  • Unlock powerful and creative programs of engagement that build equity and drive sales growth, through rich cultural, audience and brand insights
  • Manage consumer insights for NPD & EPD launches
  • Manage internal and external relationships including Marketing, Innovation (local and global), research and insight agencies
  • CMI budget
The Ideal candidate will have a strong FMCG insight and CMI background and be looking for the next step their career, with an organisation that will continue to challenge and progress you.
 

Location: West London (Home based initially with WFH flexibility of 1-2 days a week in the future)

The UK head office has excellent transport links on National Rail Overground and London Underground.

 

Salary: £62,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
