A leading shopper and loyalty consultancy aligned to one of the UK's leading grocery retailers is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join their newly established eCommerce function, based at their offices in the heart of Central London.
An exciting period of development, the business has re-aligned their resources internally to create a team dedicated to driving the growth of the online channel, working across a high-profile client base of over 450 FMCG clients, ranging from some of the most innovative SMEs to the likes of P&G, Coca-Cola, Diageo and L'Oréal.
Key responsibilities in the role will include:
- Developing and executing online shopper campaigns via the .com site, working closely with clients' brand, shopper and eCommerce teams to deliver against their objectives and deliver a tangible ROI
- Consulting with the product teams internally to continuously develop the suite of solutions in line with client needs, and actively up-sell and cross-sell in partnership with the 'bricks & mortar' client servicing teams
- Working closely with data and the insights team to review performance and generate actionable insights to help drive for future clients
- Line management of a direct report (Senior Client Executive)
As well as exposure to one of the top 4 grocery retailers in the UK, this vacancy will give you unparalleled insight into some of the biggest brands in FMCG. You'll also be given the opportunity to build on your professional skill-sets with a direct line report.
To be successful in this role, you'll have previous eCommerce experience ideally within FMCG/grocery retail, managing relationships and delivering campaigns against commercial objectives. Previous line management experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
