A leading shopper and loyalty consultancy aligned to one of the UK's leading grocery retailers is looking for a Senior Client Manager to join their newly established eCommerce function, based at their offices in the heart of Central London.
An exciting period of development, the business has re-aligned their resources internally to create a team dedicated to driving the growth of the online channel, working across a high-profile client base of over 450 FMCG clients, ranging from some of the most innovative SMEs to the likes of P&G, Coca-Cola, Diageo and L'Oréal.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting on the delivery of online shopper campaigns via the .com site, working closely with clients' brand, shopper and eCommerce teams to deliver against their objectives and deliver a tangible ROI
- Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring campaigns are project managed to delivery on time and within budget
- Liaising with creative agencies to develop the marketing collateral and taking ownership for media booking and buying
- Working closely with data and the insights team to review performance and generate actionable insights to help drive for future clients

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous marketing/campaign management experience within FMCG/retail, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or a keen interest in developing your career within this area.
