Senior Brand Manager - FMCG Food & Drink

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of your brand in the highly competitive FMCG sector, with a focus on food and drink. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic thinking to elevate the brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, including product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotions.

• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective trade marketing programs and promotions.

• Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment and achieve business objectives.

• Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG brand experience ideally within food and drink but other categories will be considered.

Location: Berkshire (flexible working 2 days a week in the office)

Package: £60,000 - £70,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
