A leading UK FMCG food business with instantly recognisable brands is searching for a driven and ambitious Insight Manager.
The business has a healthy share of their core category with a range of well-known and loved products sold across all channels. Consumer, Customer and competitor understanding will play an ever-increasing role for all strategic marketing and brand plans so the business can continue to make their products more relevant for their consumers at any time of the day.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the voice of the customer for a number high profile brands you will working in close partnership with the brand & innovation team as well as commercial teams to guide strategy and project execution, unlocking the full potential of the innovation pipeline in both short and long term
Develop and execute the ad hoc insights agenda for various brands, identifying knowledge gaps and delivering action-based research projects, across the spectrum of both Qual & Quant
Work alongside the Insights team to develop overall strategic thinking and clarify the role that brands / products play in the wider business portfolio
Manage the Insights budget, maximising the impact of investment in adhoc research
Contribute to development of 3 year brand strategy
The ideal candidate will have FMCG insight experience with a background in ad hoc consumer research. Exposure to Innovation and /or brand research would be highly desirable.
Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
