A specialist insights consultancy dedicated to the UK Retail and Foodservice industry are looking for an Client Service Manager to join their team based in Central London.
They are leaders within their field, providing a breadth of research and insight solutions to the full spectrum of the industry, from High Street retailers, Wholesalers and foodservice operators.
You will play a key role in deivering insights and research to a wide portfolio of FMCG & retail clients building long term relationships to ensure their research & insight needs are fully met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Understand the needs clients such as their strategy, the markets they operate in and what their needs are to continually add value and drive positive renewal decisions
- Present work face to face to client teams and /or individuals
- Develop new and innovative ways of presenting information in an impactful and relevant manner
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong numerically and have the abiliy to interpret data and turn it into insight to provide the client with new knowledge and expertise.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have insight / analysis experience from an insights agency OR come from a data/research/insight background.
Most importantly, you will be hugely passionate about the retail or eating out sector!
