Are you an experienced leader in the field of Business Analytics? Do you have a passion for the FMCG industry? If so, we want to hear from you!
As the Head of Business Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 ( 1 x Senior Insight Manager & 2 x Insight Analysts) delivering data-driven insights that will help drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a data analytics strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive growth and improve business performance.
Collaborate with other departments inc. Marketing and Sales to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data analytics.
Use a variety of tools and techniques to analyse and interpret data, including statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualisation.
Communicate findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and make recommendations based on insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and capabilities
Guide Marketing and Commercial functions with business analysis to answer business questions based on consumer data, mostly leveraging IRI and Kantar data sources.
Lead relationships with Analytics agencies
Manage Data & Analytics budget which is a very sizeable portion of total I&A budget
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a data analytics function, ideally within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualisation.
Experience with data management and data governance.
