A leading International personal care business who have seen consistent double digit growth in revenue over the last 5 years, are searching for their next Global Shopper Insights Manager.
You will play a crucial role in understanding and influencing consumer behaviour across various markets and your insights will be instrumental in shaping product strategies and enhancing brand's connection with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute global shopper insights initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the personal care industry
Develop and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather actionable insights into consumer behaviour
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate shopper insights into strategic decision-making processes
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging consumer preferences to provide proactive recommendations.
Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights that drive business growth and improve the overall shopper experience
Manage relationships with external research agencies, ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of research projects.
The ideal candidate will come from a customer or shopper insight background. Local, regional or global market experience will be considered.
The business is very entrepreneurial, and this role will offer plenty of ownership and will suite someone with a similar mindset. Candidates will have experience working for an FMCG manufacturer or come from an insight agency (Kantar, Nielsen, Circana).
