We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated D2C Platform Operations Executive to join an exciting international FMCG business. As a D2C Platform Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end operations of the D2C platform, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the D2C platform meets the needs of the business and our customers.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of the platform.
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on-time, and that customers receive excellent service and support.
Analyse platform performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively implement new features and functionality to enhance the platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends. Experience working with FMCG brands or products would be beneficial.

Salary: up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
