eCommerce Client Executive

A leading shopper and loyalty consultancy aligned to one of the UK's leading grocery retailers is looking for an eCommerce Executive to join their newly established eCommerce function, based at their offices in the heart of Central London.

Joining a team dedicated to driving the growth of the online channel and driving eCommerce sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure to a top 4 grocery retailer, and a broad portfolio of the some of the world's biggest brands - an invaluable platform for a prosperous career within the world of FMCG and Retail.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting on the delivery of online shopper campaigns via the .com site, working closely with clients' brand, shopper and eCommerce teams to deliver against their objectives and deliver a tangible ROI
• Acting as the main point of contact, for media booking ensuring campaigns are project managed to deliver on time and within budget
• Be the central point of contact for all supplier information requests
• Working closely with data and the insights team to review performance and generate actionable insights to help drive for future clients

The ideal candidate will be either a recent graduate or looking for their next career move within eCommerce or online retail. To be successful in this role you will already have had some exposure to eCommerce or a keen interest in developing your career within this area. You must be numerically strong and be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
