This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most loved and well known retailers based in the heart of London. It's a an exciting and newly created role reporting to the Head of Trading and Planning where you will lead a grow a team of 5 people.
You'll be responsible for ensuring customers have the best online shopping experience and work collaboratively with suppliers to drive and increase sales with shared commercial business plans.
Key accountabilities include
- Leading a team of eCommerce professionals to engage with suppliers and deliver relevant digital media across different platforms to optimise the best shopper experience
- Work with digital marketing teams and provide input for the Digital Marketing plan. This will include providing all event and category activations that will have supplier support
- Be the main point of contact and advocate of supplier digital activation across the business
- Manage any third party media providers and work with them to optimise media delivery and revenue
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and growing a strong performing team who are capable of building and executing plans, on time and within budget. It would be highly desirable if the candidate has experience with an online retailer, an FMCG manufacturer in an eCommerce role OR agency side candidates if they have online media or eCommerce experience aligned to the retail or FMCG industry.
