Having recently secured an exclusive agreement with a Top UK Grocery retailer, we are searching for an ambitious and driven CRM professional. You will be joining a growing team in a newly created role to lead and execute the national CRM programme, managing the end-to-end process of campaign planning including design, development, execution and the optimisation and refinement of best practice
Key responsibilities will include
- Ownership of the marketing calendar
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Implement and own best practice approach
- Directly lead, manage and coach a team of CRM marketing specialists
- Identify opportunities to develop new capabilities and champion innovation
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate CRM marketing capabilities and expertise and have worked for an FMCG Manufacturer or Retailer.
Previous experience managing and building teams would be highly advantageous.
