Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and threats
Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the market
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to achieve sales targets
The ideal candidate will either have experience working for a similar FMCG organisation or grocery retailer. Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
