As a Commercial Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring profitability, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and threats

• Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the market

• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to achieve sales targets

The ideal candidate will either have experience working for a similar FMCG organisation or grocery retailer. Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Package: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Bens
