Commercial Excellence Manager (NRM) - FMCG Personal Care

A leading FMCG personal care business with a global presence are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Excellence manager with a focus on Net Revenue Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's net revenue and gross margin by ensuring accurate pricing, promotional planning, and trade investment management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximise net revenue and gross margin.

• Analyse market trends and competition to develop pricing strategies that meet business objectives.

• Develop and manage promotional plans that align with business objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing and promotional strategies.

• Monitor and analyse pricing and promotional performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team on pricing and promotional strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on net revenue and gross margin performance.

The ideal candidate will have revenue growth / net revenue management experience within the FMCG sector

Package: £50K-£60K + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
