A global boutique market insight consultancy is looking for a data-savvy Client Operations Manager to join their team based in London.
The role of Client Operations Manager is focused on providing support for technical inquiries from key clients within the beauty industry, including L'Oréal. Estée Lauder and Coty. Whilst an understanding and passion for data is important, they require someone with strong relationship building skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Directly managing relationships and providing clients with an overview of data changes
- Responding to client queries on the validation of data, and an understanding of what it represents
- Preparing written and verbal communications for weekly meetings with the clients, as well as, responding promptly to customers' issues
- Building strong relationships and maintaining detailed and effective communication with internal teams
To be successful in this role you will need to be strong analytically, as well as proven experience managing commercial relationships with stakeholders at mid-senior management level.
