Category Controller (12m FTC) - FMCG Food

A leading FMCG Food business with some of the UK's best known food brands is currently searching for a Category Controller (12 month FTC). A key role in the business you'll be responsible for creating the direction for all retail channel customers, setting the strategy, and driving the short / long term growth.

You'll be managing a team of Category Managers & Executives

​

• Lead the Category commercial agenda internally and influencing commercial planning and thinking for retail channels

• Develop and deliver the Category Vision. Implementing category recommendations and solutions to benefit the business and customers.

• Lead and develop the C&I category team. Managing and coaching Managers & Execs and supporting their customer engagement

• Internally work closely with senior commercial stakeholders and the Head of Category Management to champion Category based selling and unlock opportunities with impulse retailers

Package: £70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Surrey Hybrid working
