We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Category Insight Manager to join our team. The role will cover both consumer & shopper insights while also driving our category development agenda in our Grocery, Route to Market & European customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supplying the business with the latest syndicated sales, shopper & consumer data to support commercial decision making

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring the business is supplied with the latest data and insight to support commercial decision making

  • Provide market update to the business on the release of syndicated data. Be a champion of data accessibility for the wider business

  • Lead responsibility for major Grocery customers & Route to Market. Provide support as required in other Grocery customers

  • Develop customer relationships beyond transactional partners to become trusted category advisors for Australian Wine

  • Understand who is buying our brand, what are the risks & opportunities in shopper recruitment and who our true competitive set is

  • Develop category development relationships in our major European distributors & Customers

The ideal candidate will have FMCG insight experience, either with another FMCG manufacturer or agency side (eg. Kantar, Neilsen, iRi/Circana) and an understandng of Category Management principles. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop category relationships with grocery retailers and participate in range reviews and developing rationale for new listings.

Location: Based in Cambridgeshire - with the expectation to be in the office 1-2 days a week
