- Developed a medium and longer term category strategy in Sainsbury’s including; NPD & EPD, price & promotions, packaging and merchandising driving incremental category growth of +14%.
- Lead 100% range review plan with Boots including new Category plan and joint research for Macro Space and new shopper communication strategy to drive engagement, repertoire and growth.
- Leveraged retailer relationships to deliver double the NPD target distribution for declining brand in high street and grocery accounts.
- Developed new strategic influential relationship with Global marketing to ensure NPD is more aligned with UK customer need- including new pack sizes and propositions.
- Lead a strategy of promotion reduction whilst driving growth through reduced and changed promotional mix.
