A BRIEF OVERVIEW:

  • Engaged to define, develop, innovate and execute the cross-channel strategy for UK&I.
  • Project managed market research (Kantar, Nielsen) into shopper trends to determine two portfolio gaps.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Highlighted to board two significant areas of weakness to the business (spirit gaps and lack of active digital brochure) and assisted in the on-boarding of two external spirit agencies and successfully curated the first UK Sales e-portfolio.
  • Worked closely with off trade KAM to rebuild Tesco JBP, increasing distribution through main estate, and Sainsbury’s JBP resulting in range extension of one of the brands into main estate.
