Head of Insight & Analytics

About the Role: As a member of the Commercial Leadership Team, you'll play a strategic role in shaping data and insights services. You'll lead a talented team of analysts, develop new offerings, and represent industry-leading capabilities to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guide the day-to-day operations of the data and insights teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as commercial, sales & marketing, and product development to align data initiatives with business goals.

• Develop new insights services and drive data-driven strategies that directly impact client objectives.

• Lead the production of actionable insights and coach your team to deliver top-notch results.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful communication of insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in data and insights, particularly in sales and marketing contexts.

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.

• Excellent communication abilities and confidence in presenting to clients at all levels.

• Strong organisational skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI and experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
