Senior Customer Marketing Manager - Premium Drinks

As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager you'll be at the forefront of driving growth for a number of iconic brands.

Primary responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge customer marketing strategies for UK Off-Trade channels, including Grocery multiples, Convenience, and Wholesale
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key Retail, Convenience, and Wholesale customers
• Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales, boost brand awareness, and enhance customer experiences
• Leverage market insights and data analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align customer marketing initiatives with sales objectives
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of customer marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in FMCG customer marketing or trade marketing (drinks experience would be preferable but not essential)
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies
• In-depth knowledge of UK retail environments, particularly in grocery multiples
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing
• Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams

Salary: £65k-£70K + £5K Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Location: South West London (2 days office / 3 days home)
