Senior Brand Manager - FMCG Food & Drinks
A rare opportunity to lead brand strategy for a market-leading brand within one a high-growth global FMCG Food & Drinks business.
This role sits within a fast-moving, global FMCG environment with strong brand heritage, innovation pipeline, and a clear ambition to grow share in a competitive category.
The Role
You'll take full ownership of brand strategy and commercial performance for a flagship brand, driving both penetration and frequency across retail and online channels.
- Lead end-to-end brand planning including innovation roadmaps, portfolio optimisation and go-to-market execution
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail media, shopper marketing and brand communications
- Manage brand P&L and drive return on investment across media, trade and promotional spend
- Partner closely with commercial teams to build joint business plans with key grocery retailers
- Work cross-functionally with insight, sales, supply chain and international teams to unlock growth
- Lead agency relationships and ensure creative output is strategically aligned and performance-driven
- Identify category and consumer trends to inform future brand positioning and product development
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced brand marketer with a strong track record in a global FMCG environment.
You'll have demonstrable experience managing a brand P&L, developing integrated marketing plans, and working collaboratively across commercial and marketing functions. Experience in branded systems, subscription models or digital-first categories would be highly valuable.
This role requires someone who can think strategically but execute with pace - balancing long-term brand building with short-term commercial delivery. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across a matrix organisation are essential.
