Senior Brand Manager - 12 Month FTC - Drinks
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join a leading spirits company on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to work with one of the world's most iconic whiskey brands, driving growth and innovation in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of portfolio management, including NPD and innovation pipeline
- Oversee consumer experience strategies, ensuring consistent and premium brand interactions across all touchpoints
- Manage the relationship with global brand teams and agencies.
- Support annual brand planning and budget management, optimising resource allocation for maximum ROI
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Finance teams to translate brand strategies into actionable commercial plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements, synthesising insights to pivot strategies as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management within the spirits industry. You should have:
- Demonstrated success in driving brand strategy with measurable results
- Strong experience in end-to-end product management and new product development
- Excellent knowledge of P&L and budgeting
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercially-minded approach with a focus on sustainable growth
- The ability to translate complex strategies into compelling narratives
Location: Central London
4 days office / 1 day home
Package: Salary dependant on experience + Bonus + Benefits
