Senior Brand Ambassador (UK Team Lead)

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Ambassador to step up into a leadership role with a prestigious spirits company. This position offers the chance to shape and drive the advocacy strategy for a portfolio of premium brands across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive UK advocacy strategy for the brand portfolio
• Lead and mentor a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring exceptional advocacy experiences
• Oversee planning and execution of flagship events, masterclasses, and trade activations
• Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers, award-winning bartenders, and media contacts
• Manage the advocacy budget and track performance, providing regular reports and recommendations

The Ideal Candidate:

We're seeking an individual with deep, technical knowledge of the spirits world and experience working with luxury brands. You should have a passion for the on-trade and cocktail culture, coupled with strong leadership and mentoring skills. The ability to build relationships at all levels and manage multiple projects is essential. Fluency in English and willingness to travel for events are required.
