Sales Support Manager - FMCG Food

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving FMCG food industry business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, including order processing and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues promptly
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in sales support or a related role within the food industry would be advantageous, but is not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems is preferred.

Package:

£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
