An exciting opportunity for a National Account Controller to join a global FMCG food & drinks business.
This role offers a chance to work with some of the UK's most iconic brands in a competitive, fast-paced category, spanning across various product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts
- Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
- Drive sales growth and market share in a competitive FMCG environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organisations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in a bluechip FMCG environment.
- Extensive experience managing key retailers across multiple channels
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term growth
- Proficiency in developing and presenting compelling business cases
Location:
Berkshire (3 days/week in the office or out with customers)
