An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Lead to join a well-established and respected food business that has been at the forefront of chilled and frozen food in Europe and are now looking to grow and expand in the UK.

This Marketing Lead role offers the chance to shape and deliver the marketing strategy for a brand that's both established and growing, with genuine influence over commercial direction and brand positioning.

The Role

As Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for driving the marketing function across a portfolio of food products. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll have ownership of brand strategy, campaign execution, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Managing brand positioning and messaging to resonate with diverse consumer audiences
  • Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to support customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Overseeing digital marketing activity, including social media, e-commerce, and content strategy
  • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective ROI across all activity
  • Analysing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
  • Working with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative and media output

The Ideal Candidate

The company is seeking a Marketing Lead with proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within the food sector. You'll have a strong track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and driving commercial results.

You'll be confident working across both strategy and execution, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience working with multicultural or niche consumer markets would be highly advantageous.

A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and external partners.
