This is an opportunity for a Marketing & Activation Manager to join a leading European food brand specialising in chilled and frozen products. They have strong heritage of innovation and market leadership, this company is seeking a dynamic individual to drive their commercial strategy forward in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share
  • Lead commercial execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors
  • Monitor and report on marketing and commercial KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in marketing and commercial execution within the food industry. The successful candidate will possess:
  • Experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within the food sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:
Home based role 1-2 days a week in the office

Package:
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
