Market Insights Manager - FMCG Drinks
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Market Insights Manager to join a leading global drinks business. This role is pivotal in driving data-led decision-making and optimising growth across the EMEA region.
The Role
As Market Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering clear, actionable market and performance insights that enable smarter decision-making and growth optimisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring category, competitor, and portfolio performance across key markets
- Analysing brand performance trends and identifying growth drivers
- Tracking campaign and channel performance across media activity
- Supporting evaluation of ROI, ROAS, and media efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to improve distribution, rate of sale, and execution
- Owning and building a close partnership with Nielsen
The Ideal Candidate
We're seeking an analytical and commercially astute Insights Manager with:
- Experience in Continuous Data Agency, Analytics, or Category Management roles
- Expert-level experience working with market performance data
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Experience with data visualisation software (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field

Greater London (3 days/week in the office)
Package
£50,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
