A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Market Insights Manager to join a leading global drinks business. This role is pivotal in driving data-led decision-making and optimising growth across the EMEA region.

The Role

As Market Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering clear, actionable market and performance insights that enable smarter decision-making and growth optimisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring category, competitor, and portfolio performance across key markets
  • Analysing brand performance trends and identifying growth drivers
  • Tracking campaign and channel performance across media activity
  • Supporting evaluation of ROI, ROAS, and media efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities to improve distribution, rate of sale, and execution
  • Owning and building a close partnership with Nielsen

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an analytical and commercially astute Insights Manager with:

  • Experience in Continuous Data Agency, Analytics, or Category Management roles
  • Expert-level experience working with market performance data
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
  • Experience with data visualisation software (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field

Greater London (3 days/week in the office)
