The Key Account Manager (On Trade) - North East role offers the chance to work with some of the world's best-loved drinks brands in a dynamic and evolving channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive volume and value growth across the On Trade channel in the North East region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national and regional pub groups, bars, and hospitality venues
- Manage promotional activity, pricing strategies and trade investment to maximise return on investment
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and field sales to deliver aligned commercial objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting in line with business requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- The successful Key Account Manager (On Trade) will have a proven track record in account management within the drinks, hospitality or FMCG sector.
- Experience working within the On Trade channel is highly desirable, along with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels.
- The role requires someone who is comfortable working autonomously, managing their own territory, and who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills are essential.
