We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join a world-leading food & beverage company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend sales and marketing responsibilities, driving growth and fostering brand awareness in the 'Out of Home' business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Out Of Home budget, including raising purchase orders, tracking actuals vs plan, and overseeing agency retainers
- Lead vendor management, including setup, invoice processing, and sourcing new relationships
- Coordinate Out Of Home trade show planning, from strategic selection to post-show ROI analysis
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies, focusing on core segments like hotels, education, and contract catering
- Manage trade marketing assets and sales support tools, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring success
- Plan and execute organic social media content, supporting all brands, sectors, and channels
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience within a branded, fast-growing food or drinks brand
- Develop marketing strategies with a focus on core segments like hotels, education, and contract catering
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- A track record of surpassing KPIs and thinking commercially
- Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and proactivity, with a strong desire to contribute to business growth
