An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Brand Manager to join a well-established health and wellness FMCG business with a strong heritage and loyal consumer base across the UK and Ireland.

This is a brand-driven role within a business that values innovation, consumer insight and long-term brand building. You'll be working closely with a supportive Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams including Sales, PR and Science, with exposure to wider European marketing activity.

The Role

You'll take ownership of local brand campaigns, shopper marketing initiatives and partnership activity - bringing creative ideas to life and ensuring everything ladders up to the wider brand strategy. This is a hands-on role with genuine scope to shape how the brand shows up across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of local BTL campaigns, working with creative and media agencies to deliver against marketing funnel objectives
  • Managing partnerships across sports, publishing and charity sectors to drive brand awareness and consideration
  • Developing compelling content that reflects the brand's core messaging, supporting digital strategy and SEO optimisation
  • Planning and implementing shopper marketing activity in collaboration with retail customers and the Sales team to drive conversion at point of sale
  • Acting as a brand guardian across all communications, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on brand health, using consumer insight to inform future activity

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with B2C marketing experience within FMCG or retail, who understands how to deliver integrated campaigns from brief through to execution.

You'll bring project management skills, experience working with external agencies, and be confident creating content for different channels. Excellent analytical and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly across multiple workstreams.

Familiarity with tools such as Nielsen, IRI or Dunnhumby would be beneficial. Above all, you'll be commercially minded, collaborative and passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers.
