Insight Analyst - FMCG & Retail
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insight Analyst to join a leading FMCG consultancy specialising in helping consumer brands grow in key retail channels.
This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions working in partnership with a global tier 1 FMCG food business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering regular commercial presentations and performance reviews
- Produce insightful analysis on new product launches, promotional effectiveness, and pricing impact
- Develop and deliver visually engaging reports and dashboards to key stakeholders
- Lead the identification of commercial opportunities to inform and challenge client strategy
- Support field team optimisation through data-driven call file management and territory planning
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will have:
- Experience generating actionable insights from EPOS or panel data (NielsenIQ, Circana, Worldpanel etc)
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate to advanced PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A track record of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Retail and/or FMCG sector experience (desirable)
Location:
Surrey (2-3 days/week in the office)
Package:
Up to £42,000 + bonus + benefits
