Consumer Insights Manager - FMCG Drinks
Join a dynamic global drinks business in a newly created Consumer Insights Manager role. This will be pivotal in delivering actionable consumer insights to drive brand strategy, innovation, and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of consumer behaviours, motivations, and occasions for the wine category and company brands
- Translate consumer research into clear, actionable recommendations to influence decision-making
- Support brand teams with insights into recruitment, relevance, and loyalty drivers
- Provide consumer insight to shape innovation territories and concept development
- Manage end-to-end research projects with agency partners, ensuring high-quality and commercially relevant outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for an experienced Insights Manager coming from a Consumer Insights, Research, or Strategy background. The successful candidate will have strong qualitative and quantitative skills, experience in innovation research and concept testing, and a track record of translating insights into actionable recommendations. FMCG or drinks category experience is essential.
You'll need to be highly curious, with a passion for consumer behaviour and cultural trends. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to present complex insights with clarity and impact. Commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.
