Category Insights Manager - FMCG Food

We're seeking a talented Category Insights Manager to join a leading UK-based food business. This is an exciting opportunity to drive category growth and innovation for a company that supplies major supermarkets with own-label ranges and branded products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth across the product portfolio
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify opportunities for innovation
• Create compelling category presentations and recommendations for key retail partners
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to maintain our competitive edge

The Ideal Candidate:

You'll have a proven track record in category management within the FMCG sector, preferably with experience in ambient foods or seafood products. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations are essential. You should be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.

Surrey - 4 days office / 1 day home

Package:

£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
