Category & Shopper Executive - FMCG Food & Drink
A leading global beverage company is seeking a Category & Shopper Executive to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with iconic brands in the coffee and tea industry, driving growth and innovation in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing activation plans across smaller customers, bringing brands and events to life for shoppers
- Provide category data analysis, reporting insights, and planogramming to support core range and distribution plans
- Manage activation budgets and coordinate cardboard display solutions with third-party teams
- Work cross-functionally to create and execute initiatives that align with retailer strategies
- Support online execution for new product launches, managing content and artwork for e-commerce platforms
- Deliver regular reporting and update critical scorecards for the Category & Shopper Team
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in FMCG marketing, shopper marketing, or customer activation roles. The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in FMCG marketing or related roles
- Knowledge of the UK grocery retail market, including experience working with top retailers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience across retail, out of home, and e-commerce channels (preferred)
Location:
Berkshire - Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home
Package:
£38,000 - £42,000 + Bonus + Benefits
