Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for a key brand portfolio
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept to launch
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to drive brand growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and supply chain
- Manage brand budgets and monitor ROI on marketing activities
- Create compelling marketing communications across various channels
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a classically trained FMCG marketer with a proven track record in brand management. You should have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, and excellent project management skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Location:
Hertfordshire (3 days/week in the office)
Package:
£50 - 60k + 10% bonus + 27 days holiday plus a comprehensive benefits package including performance-based bonuses, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development within a global organisation.
