The Brief
Vinarchy were looking to appoint a Customer Marketing Lead to lead customer marketing strategy across the UK Off Trade, including Grocery, Convenience and Wholesale. A senior role within the European Commercial team, the position required a strategic yet highly executional marketer with strong retail understanding and the ability to translate insight into impactful customer-facing campaigns.
The role demanded proven experience in developing and delivering integrated customer marketing programmes, building strong retailer relationships, and leading a team to deliver against commercial objectives. Given the breadth of the portfolio and pace of change within the business, stakeholder management and prioritisation were critical.
