The Brief
Storck were seeking a Senior Category & Insights Manager, responsible for leading the UK Category function and team to provide insight on category and commercial opportunities, develop category plans, and work with internal teams to drive growth across brands, customers and channels.
Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, this senior position sits within a wider marketing team of 10, spanning brand, category and shopper marketing, and manages two direct reports.
The core focus was to drive mutual category growth for both Storck and their retail partners through compelling insight, analysis and recommendations. Acting as the ‘voice of the retailer’ internally, the Senior Category & Insight Manager champions a “category-first” approach that delivers a triple win for Storck, the retailer and the consumer.
Having successfully placed both a Category Executive and Junior Category Manager with Storck previously, Allexo were appointed to lead the search exclusively using our Partner Solution.
