MetrixLab - Senior Director

MetrixLab (now part of Toluna) is a global market research and analytics firm founded in 1999. They provide data-driven insights and solutions—such as advertising/campaign testing, brand health tracking, product innovation, packaging evaluation, and shopper research—through a cloud platform, a global panel, and expert consultancy. Serving brands and agencies across industries, MetrixLab supports smarter decision-making in marketing, innovation, and media effectiveness .

The Brief

Allexo were approached by MetrixLab for a key role within their senior management team in line with ambitious growth plans following a merger with Macromill, the largest online research provider in Japan.

The focus was on finding a senior research expert with particular expertise within the shopper space, who was commercially focused with the network to help develop and grow MetrixLabs client portfolio in the UK.

The Process & Result

Following an extensive market search, a successful candidate was appointed as Senior Director who has since been promoted twice to become Managing Director of the UK business.
