The Brief
Church & Dwight were looking for a National Account Manager to take ownership of their High Street channel — driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering commercial excellence across a fast-paced portfolio.
A key role within the Sales team, the position required strong strategic and executional capability — leading promotional plans, managing trade pricing and investment, and ensuring accurate forecasting and P&L delivery. Acting as the face of Church & Dwight to a major high street retailer, the role demanded both commercial acumen and proven relationship management experience.
