Allexo were approached to help recruit for a newly created Revenue Growth Manager role within pladis’ recently established RGM function.
As a niche and candidate-short area of the market, pladis recognised the need for a specialist recruiter who could provide access to passive talent in the RGM space, and the knowledge to identify the relevant transferrable skill sets to help broaden the talent pool they could recruit from for this role.
Following a detailed briefing call with the hiring manager, two talent pools were identified – Revenue Growth Managers within mid-large FMCG businesses, and NAM/SNAM profiles with a good level of exposure working with commercial finance and RGM teams.
Allexo completed a search and introduced a shortlist of 4 qualified profiles, with two progressing to 2nd stage.
The successful candidate was referred to us, with previous experience in commercial leadership and RGM roles at a global soft drinks business.
