The Brief
Having previously placed the Commercial Head for Northern Europe into the European Headquarters based in Paris, Allexo were asked to lead a search for a Senior Consultant for their French Beauty practice.
As genuine experts in their practice areas, it was essential that candidates had a passion for beauty.
The brief was open to profiles coming from both FMCG manufacturers as well as other FMCG marketing consultancies, with the focus on finding a breadth of panel insights, commercial and relationship management.
The Process & Result
Working through the Allexo Process on an exclusive basis, a shortlist of 6 candidates were introduced with the successful candidate joining from a large global FMCG insights consultancy.
