A global FMCG consultancy is looking for a commercial and insights expert to join their team.
The business provide comprehensive insights solutions to Retail and FMCG businesses on a global level using multiple data sources (epos, supply chain, store level, price & promo etc.).
The key focus of this role will be to drive growth for FMCG clients, both prospective and existing, by identifying consultancy and solution opportunities.
You will be spending time with marketing, commercial and insights team get an in-depth understanding of their business, how they currently operate and where data and insights can add value. A highly consultative role, you will be engaging with stakeholders from Manager to C-level.
With previous agency experience to date, you will also need to have spent time working on the client-side within a branded FMCG manufacturer, to have a true appreciation of the key issues and challenges faced by marketing, commercial and insights teams.
This could be in a continuous insights or analytics role, category management or commercial strategy, where you've had client/customer facing responsibility and ideally P&L management.
